Bring Guest Speakers to Your Course with Microsoft Teams

Teams allows you to bring experts from anywhere into your classroom, providing a platform for engaging presentations, live Q&A sessions, and real-time collaboration. Follow these steps:

Share the link to your class meeting with the guest speaker .
Enter your class meeting through the link, remember to open the meeting in the Teams Desktop App.
Once your guest speaker has entered, click the People tab at the top of the meeting.
Click the guest speakers name and then the ellipse (...) menu,
Select Make a presenter.
Click Change.
Now your presenter can share their presentation.
